Preparation of ready softner from 100% concentrate:
- Heat 80 kg. Water together with 20 kg of Vedofinish NF to 90 Cto 95 C.
- Start stirring the hot mixture with high-speed stirrer for 15 minutes to from smooth and homogeneous paste.
- Cool down to from smooth thick stable paste, which is your ready REACTIVE SOFTNER with 20 % active matter.
- 15 % paste can be made in the same way taking 15 kg product and 85 kg water.
