RECIPE:
- Take 70 Kgs. Hot water 60 C.
- Add to this, 30 Kgs. MERSOL 100X
- Stir & Dissolve the concentrate fully in hot water.
- You now have your ready to use Mercerizing Agent with acidic pH.
- If required, pH can be neutralized to 7 by adding very little quantity of caustic soda solution.
- It is non-cresylic type.
APPLICATIONS:
Wetting agent during mercerization of cotton yarn and fabrics its blend.
SUGGESTED LEVEL:
We recommend a dosage of 0.3 % - 1.0 % of our ready MERSOL 100X on the weight of caustic liquor of mercerizing strength ( 48 TW-54 TW) depending on the type of fabric used. |
